All horses using the Facility do so at their Owner’s risk. The Facility does not accept any responsibility or liability for any injury suffered by any horse using the premises.

Working with horses and handling horses can be dangerous and horses can be unpredictable. Persons attending the Facility do so entirely at their own risk and the Facilty will not be held accountable for any accident, injury or loss.

Any Owner bringing a groom or other paid assistance onto the premises must hold employers’ liability insurance.

The Owner must remain on site during for the duration of the session.

Each session must be booked and paid for in advance via the process in operation at the time of booking.

Once booked and in accordance with the above, the session must be taken within 6 months of the initial booking, otherwise it will be deemed to have expired.

Only the confirmed session will be permitted on the day. Clients may not exchange one therapy for another without prior confirmation from the Facility.

An appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled without penalty by the client provided that 24 hours or more notice is given and there is a genuine reason.

No refunds will be given, in any circumstance but the session may be rescheduled without penalty at a later date but within the 6 month time limit.

Each session will be technician led. Should an Owner present a horse for any of the services offered by the Facility, which in the opinion of the technician may be detrimental to the horse (for example, but not limited to, an open leg wound, hoof damage, loose shoes etc.), the Facility reserves the right to refuse therapy at the point of service. The session may be rebooked at a more suitable time, without penalty but within the 6 month period of the initial booking.

If at any point, during a session, the technician believes that it is in the best interest of the horse to curtail or end the session early, (for example, but not limited to, undue stress, excessive tiredness of the horse) the Facility reserves the right so to do with no refund of any time remaining of the session.

If an Owner arrives late for an appointment, the Facility reserves the right to offer only the remaining time of that session.

Any no show or late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) will only be refunded in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Facility.

By booking a session by whatever means (eg Website, app, email or ‘phone ) the client agrees that they have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of use of the Facility and confirms that he/ she is using the Facility entirely at their own risk and in accordance with said terms and conditions.
