MEET OUR TEAM
Our incredible team is the heart of Sterling Equine Therapy. It’s their dedication, passion and talent that mean you and your horses have the best possible experience and results.

FRANCESCA STERNBERG
Owner
"As we evolve in the equestrian field, so does our understanding of how to keep our equine partners safer and sounder. Sitting on an FEI Board and having competed for more years than I care to mention in everything from Showjumping and Eventing to National Show Hunters, Side Saddle and competing at 6 World Equestrian Games, I am privileged to have been at the forefront of the equine world, and have witnessed first hand the care, maintenance and management needed to compete at all levels.
Today we are much more diligent over prevention rather than cure and as Equestrianism, quite rightly, increases its 'Clean Sport' message we have developed technology to keep them more comfortable, stronger and healthier which, in turn, increases their longevity.

I am beyond proud of what we have created in our little corner of East Sussex and look forward to welcoming many equines and their human counterparts in the years to come. I am excited to share just what can be achieved".

DR TABITHA STERNBERG-ALLEN
Centre Director
Horses have always been a huge part of Tabitha's life. Stemming from watching and travelling with her parents to competitions as a very young child, her riding developed from being led around on Lancelot the donkey, to joining the Pony Club, riding up to National level Dressage and eventually competing at World Championship level for the GB Young Rider Reining team. This background has resulted in a passion for equine health, management and performance, consequently leading to a career in Veterinary Medicine. She didn't want to wait before beginning to make a difference, and with the support of family and friends, she put together Sterling Equine Therapy so that owners could start reaping the rewards of a holistic approach to your horses health and wellbeing.
